The team from the African Development Bank paid a courtesy visit with the Minister of Gender and her team.
The visit was part of a preparatory mission to the country for the domestic revenue mobilization project.
The project’s overall objective is to contribute to strengthening revenue mobilisation capacity and the transparent and effective management of public development policies.
Additionally, the project will help to develop and consolidate public finance management and reform steering capacity, focusing on human resources and modernization of working methods.
Minister Horace-Kollie was overwhelmed and welcomed the bank’s delegation, stressing that delivering high-quality programs and services to the Liberian people will depend on attracting external resources from key partners like the African Development Bank.
