Propuse
To preserve and manage all MGCSP properties within the 15 political subdivisions of Liberia, ensure the provision of basic environmental management by promoting optimal safety and hygiene control in and around the compound.
To ensure that all national decoration activities in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’s Protocol Section and the General Services Agency (GSA) are performed;
General Management Function
Serve as head of the Division;
Organized regular division and attend various department meetings and the regular senior management team meeting.
Technical Functions
- Research, identify and catalogue properties and other assests (e.g. building) owned y the ministry/GOL throughtout the 15 political sub-divisions of liberia.
- Obtain and preserve all titles documents, deeds, MOUs, etc., giving MGCSP/GOL legal ownership to these properties and other assets and prevent encroachments;
- Management and maintain these properties and other assets to preserve
- their integrity and functionality at all times to avoid undue depreciation.
- Direct and ensure the provision of basic environmental management by promoting optimal safety and hygiene control in and around the building/compound;
- Handles all arts and decorations of the Ministry and assist in national
- decoration activities in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Protocol Section and the General Services Agency(GSA)
- Serve as the focal person in ensuring the efficient management, inventory securing of all MGCSP facilities, including its real estate, in and outside
