Sector Clearance

Address and deliver a letter of application to the Minister of Gender, Children, and Social Protection. Please attach the following documents to the letter before delivery:

a.    Current Liberia Business Registration Certificate for both new and reapplications;

b.    Notarized Articles of Incorporation, for both new and reapplications;

c.     Current workplan for both new and reapplications;

d.    Financial Strategy for both new and reapplications (how the organization receives its funding to operate);

e.    Current Bank statement for both new and reapplications;

f.      Child Protection Strategy or Sexual Exploitation and Abuse Strategy; (new applications only)

NGOs reapplying for Sector Clearance will also attach copies of their annual
reports with their MFDP Accreditation certificates.
