Role and Reponsibility
- The provision of reliable compter system which deploy appropriate technical safeguards against threats to their availability, operation, stability, and perforanace.
- The management and security of MGCSP network (LAN/WAN/FIBER).
- The provision of facilities for inforamtion backups on MGCSP network file servirs and other centralized information stores but excluding backups of the hard disks on individual computers.
- The provision and managemnetof anti-virus/spyware software throughtout the MGCSP.
- The provisionof additional security measures to enanle use of computer systems outside the normal working enviroment when this is appropriate and necessary.
