The Episcopal Church of Liberia (ECL) recently paid a courtesy visit to the Minister of Gender, Children and Social Protection, Hon. Gbeme Horace-Kollie, to discuss potential areas of collaboration.
Minister Horace-Kollie, accompanied by senior deputies from the Ministry, held impactful discussions with the ECL delegation during the meeting. The dialogue centered on utilizing the church’s vast community network and resources to complement government efforts in addressing gender-based violence, advancing women’s empowerment and safeguarding children.
Both parties underscored the importance of partnerships in fostering sustainable development and tackling societal challenges.
