Today, the joint team comprising the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection (MoGCSP) and the Ministry of Justice continued their outreach under the Operation Zero Children’s Street Selling campaign. This initiative is part of a robust one-month campaign aimed at permanently removing children from street-based selling and restoring their right to a safe and dignified childhood.
The operation follows months of intensive public awareness campaigns and strategic engagements with parents, guardians, institutions, and key stakeholders. Launched under the Ministry’s flagship Save The Future Project, the campaign marks a shift from public education and community engagement to enforcement and immediate intervention.
