In Belle District, Gbarpolu County, the Ministry Of Gender, Children And Social Protection-Liberia, (MGCSP) has concluded the Set-Up and Start-Phase Training for SASA! Together activists and community leaders under LWEP implementation.
Hosted in Belle Baloma, the training brought together 10 participants (5 women, 5 men) representing eight communities across the district. With six trained activists and four community leaders, communities are now equipped to spark dialogue and action to end gender-based violence.
By investing in balanced female and male leadership at community level, MGCSP continues to drive inclusive social norm change and grassroots ownership of women’s empowerment efforts in Gbarpolu and beyond.
