Liberia Women Empowerment Project Joint Field Monitoring Exercises in Rivercess County.

Day two of the Liberia Women Empowerment Project (LWEP) Joint Field Monitoring Exercise in Rivercess County began with a coordination and debriefing meeting in Cestos, bringing together the project team and implementing partners, including Medica Liberia, FCI ActionAid Liberia, and CRS Liberia. The session provided an opportunity to review progress, discuss field observations, and strengthen coordination to ensure effective project implementation.

Following the meeting, the team traveled to the field, where they visited and engaged with beneficiaries in several communities across Morweh, Zarkpah, and Fen River Districts. The visits offered firsthand insight into the impact of the project, while allowing beneficiaries to share their experiences, achievements, and challenges.

The Joint Field Monitoring Exercise underscores the Ministry’s commitment to ensuring that the Liberia Women Empowerment Project continues to deliver meaningful results by supporting women, strengthening livelihoods, and improving the well-being of communities across Liberia.
