The Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection (MGCSP) Joint Field Monitoring Team has successfully concluded the implementation assessment of the Liberia Women Empowerment Project (LWEP) across project communities and beneficiary groups in Gbarpolu County.
As part of the exercise, the team engaged a wide range of stakeholders and beneficiaries across the county’s six administrative districts, including Bokomu, Gbarma, and Kongba, among others. These engagements provided valuable insights into project progress, community participation, and the overall impact of LWEP interventions at the grassroots level.
The monitoring process reinforced the Ministry’s commitment to ensuring effective implementation, accountability, and inclusive participation, while strengthening support systems for women-led initiatives and community development across Liberia.
