A total of 183 Women-Led Enterprises in Rivercess and Grand Gedeh are now one step closer to transforming their businesses after the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection (MGCSP) completed beneficiary profiling and grant co-creation across 78 communities in 12 districts. The exercise ensured that women who had previously missed the process were not left behind, giving 73 VSLAs, 107 Individual Enterprises, and 3 Farmer-Based Organizations a renewed opportunity to access grant support.
“I’m so happy. This registration will help me get a grant to expand my small business and support my children,” shared an Individual Enterprise beneficiary from Cavala District, Grand Gedeh.
By ensuring every eligible woman has a fair opportunity to participate, MGCSP is expanding economic opportunities, strengthening women-led enterprises, and building more resilient families and communities across Liberia.
