Celebrating Mothers in Business: Empowering Women, Strengthening Communities.

The Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection (MGCSP) proudly celebrates and congratulates all mothers in business, with special recognition to the hardworking women of Gbangay and Bomboma in Bokomu and Bopolu Districts, on successfully signing their Grant Agreements and Code of Conduct under the Liberia Women Empowerment Project (LWEP).

This milestone represents more than the signing of an agreement—it reflects a commitment to growth, resilience, and economic independence. By accessing livelihood grants, these women are taking meaningful steps toward expanding their businesses, improving their families’ well-being, and contributing to the development of their communities.

The Ministry applauds their determination and entrepreneurial spirit, recognizing that when women are empowered, families thrive, communities prosper, and the nation grows stronger. Congratulations to all the beneficiaries as they continue to build sustainable businesses and inspire the next generation of women entrepreneurs.
