19 June, 2026 – In Monrovia the Ministry Of Gender, Children And Social Protection-Liberia continued to take the lead in advancing initiatives that improve the lives of women and communities across Liberia.
The one-day onboarding training under the Liberia #WomenEmpowerment Project (LWEP- Component 2A) brought together stakeholders, including the Community HealthCare and stakeholders to align plans and work together to improve health-seeking behavior in communities.
Discussions focused on practical action: improving monitoring and reporting systems, ensuring safeguarding and accountability, and planning effective field implementation. More importantly, the session reinforced clear roles and shared responsibility among service providers to deliver lasting impact.
This marked another important step in building stronger, healthier communities, where #women are empowered, supported, and at the center of sustainable development.
