The Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection (MGCSP), through the Liberia Women Empowerment Project (LWEP), proudly congratulates all women-led businesses in Gbarpolu County that recently participated in the Acknowledgement of Grants Received and Distribution of SIM Cards under Component Three: Enterprise Support and Livelihoods Grants (ESLG). This important milestone marks another step toward equipping women entrepreneurs with the financial resources and digital tools needed to strengthen their enterprises, improve productivity, and create sustainable sources of income.
Through the Enterprise Support and Livelihoods Grants component, the Ministry remains committed to expanding economic opportunities for women, strengthening household resilience, and promoting inclusive local development. By supporting women-owned businesses with grants and essential resources, the Liberia Women Empowerment Project is helping to build stronger livelihoods, encourage entrepreneurship, and foster long-term economic growth across Liberia.
