The Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection (MGCSP) continues to demonstrate its commitment to inclusive development by ensuring that no community is left behind under the Liberia Women Empowerment Project (LWEP).
In a deliberate effort to reach hard-to-access areas, the Ministry extended its engagement to Gbelle Fasama and Gbelle Baloma, where women-led businesses have officially signed Grant Agreements and Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) aimed at strengthening business growth, promoting accountability, and advancing women’s economic empowerment.
This milestone reflects the Ministry’s ongoing drive to support women entrepreneurs in even the most remote communities, ensuring they are equipped with the resources, training, and institutional support needed to build sustainable livelihoods and contribute to local economic development.

Through these interventions, the MGCSP is reinforcing a clear message: development must be inclusive, and every woman—regardless of location—deserves the opportunity to grow, lead, and thrive.
Leaving no stone unturned, no community behind, and no woman excluded.
