Ministry Of Gender, Children and Social Protection

Building Trust Through Accountability in Grand Gedeh.

In Grand Gedeh County, the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection (MGCSP) continues to reinforce transparency and accountability through the distribution of Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) boxes under the Liberia Women Empowerment Project (LWEP).

These GRM boxes are more than just project tools—they serve as a critical channel for transparency, monitoring, and citizen protection. They provide community members with a safe and confidential way to report concerns, raise complaints, and ensure that project implementation remains fair, responsive, and accountable to the people it serves.

By strengthening this feedback system, the Ministry is promoting trust between communities and implementers while ensuring that every voice is heard and every concern is properly addressed to support inclusive and sustainable development.
